Rental Requirements
Here is everything you need to have your reservation confirmed quickly.
Age
Drivers must be 25 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license is required at the time of pick-up or delivery.
Insurance
Full coverage auto insurance is required. Your personal insurance must extend to rental vehicles, or you may purchase a supplemental policy through our concierge team.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is held on a major credit card at the time of reservation. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle and your concierge will confirm the amount for your selected model.
Valid ID
A government-issued photo ID and a valid driver’s license are required. International clients must provide a passport and an international driver’s permit.

How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred vehicle. Same-day availability exists on most vehicles, but we cannot always guarantee a specific model with less than 24 hours notice.
Do you deliver to hotels and airports?
Yes. We deliver directly to your hotel, private residence, airport, marina, or event venue throughout Miami, South Florida, and the New York metro area. Delivery fees vary by location.
Is there a mileage limit?
Daily rentals include a mileage allowance. Additional mileage is available at a per-mile rate. Your concierge will confirm the exact allowance for your selected vehicle when you book.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Debit cards and cash are not accepted for security deposits. The full rental amount and security deposit are processed at the time of reservation confirmation.
Can I add a driver?
Yes. Additional drivers can be added to your reservation. Each additional driver must meet the same age and insurance requirements and must be present at the time of vehicle delivery with a valid license.
